fBEETS Crypt Bribe Strategy

Hello lovely Reaper.Farm shareholders! We bring this proposal to your consideration regarding how we process the bribes that we receive for voting in Beethoven's gauge rounds using the power of the fBEETS Crypt. Below we describe the current process that's in place, followed by a new process proposal.

Current Process:

1. We pause new deposits into the crypt on Tuesday midnight UTC. This is done to ensure folks cannot game the system by "double-dipping": by voting independently with their own voting power, claiming their own bribes, but then also joining the crypt to claim a share of the crypt's total bribes.
2. When the vote is live, we negotiate with teams to get you the best ROI, both in terms of bribe value as well as liquidity of the bribe assets. Then we vote accordingly.
3. Once voting ends and we receive the bribes, we compound them into more fBEETS within the crypt. This is typically a multi-day process requiring several multi-sig transactions so we can DCA out of a potentially low liquidity asset. The crypt is paused all this while, and re-opens only when all the bribes have been processed.

We've thought long and hard about this and we think we can improve this process significantly.

New Process Proposal:

1. When the Beethoven snapshot is live, we use the same block number to build a tally of all fBEETS crypt shareholders in terms of balance of rffBEETS at that exact block. This would be fair since at any given block, a user's fBEETS will either be in their wallet, or in the fBEETS crypt--but not in both.
2. Same as step#2 in the current process: we bargain for the best deal on your behalf.
3. Once voting ends and we receive the bribes, we simply airdrop them as-is to all rffBEETS shareholders in proportion to their balances calculated in step #1 (balances calculated at the exact block as Beethoven's snapshot).

Advantages of New Process:

• No need to pause the crypt to new deposits. The crypt will always remain open. All the accounting will be based on balances at the exact block as Beethoven's snapshot.
• Faster turnaround time for you all to receive your share of the bribes since there will be no need for us to DCA out of them. This also helps minimize price impact on the assets that were paid out.
• You get to decide what to do with your bribe tokens--keep them, farm with them, or swap them for another token of your liking.
