Proposal: [DISTRIBUTE][Various Assets] Minting Milestones Raffles Please vote "Approve" to support or "Disapprove" to reject this proposal.

A series of FOUR (4) Raffles will be held at Minting Milestones achieved within the next 2 weeks. The milestones are the minting of tokens #8500, #9000, #9500, and #10000. If Milestones are not hit within 2 weeks of this proposal being announced as passed, then raffles for unmet milestones are cancelled.

At milestones reached at #8500, #9000, #9500 the following prizes will be available in each of the three (3) Normal Raffles. To be eligible you must have minted at least one (1) DAO token of ID #7993 or higher, each token that is minted is an entry for it's current owner. Note that if you previously minted 10, the limit is now 25 per wallet.

One (1) Drawing of Each - Terms Apply Prize 1 - A Genesis Creepz of the DAOs choosing. Prize 2 - 3x Reptile Armory of the DAOs choosing. Prize 3 - A Cuban Mega Shapeshifter of the DAOs choosing.

At Milestone #10000 the DAO will celebrate the Mint Out of the DAO. The Mint Out Raffle will take place with the following prizes. To be eligible you must own at least one (1) DAO token (any token from #1 to #10000), each token you own counts as an entry.

Two (2) Drawings of Each - Terms Apply Prize 1 - A Genesis Creepz of the DAOs choosing. Prize 2 - 3x Reptile Armory of the DAOs choosing. Prize 3 - A Trump Mega Shapeshifter of the DAOs choosing.

Three (3) Drawings of Each - Terms Apply Prize 4 - A “Forever Creepz Trade” - swap a Genesis Creepz with the DAO (Offer excludes our top 10 Creepz ranked by rarity, unless rare traits are matched on swapped Creepz). Prize 5 - A “Creepz” Derivative Art Prize - Physical or NFT for not more than 0.2 ETH including delivery (gas/shipping)

All Drawings will be done by random number generator with the number generated representing the token ID. A re-roll of a drawing will occur if:

• The token has already won a prize.
• The token is owned by a wallet ID that has already won a prize from the same Prize ID.
• The token is currently listed for sale in any manner on OpenSea.
• The token is burned/lost.
• The token is owned by the Creepz DAO (the DAO owns token #1).

The DAO admin team will verify the IRL identity of all prize winners, with their best efforts, to ensure no individual CreepzDAO holder wins more than one prize from any Prize ID (Prize 1, Prize 2, Prize 3, Prize 4, Prize 5).

Mint Out Raffle • Held at #10000 minted milestone • Prizes: 2 x 1st prize Genesis (1 per winner) 2nd prize 2 lots of 3 x Reptile Armory (1 lot per winner); 3rd prize: 2 x Cuban (1 per winner) 4th prize: 3 x Forever Creepz Trade (1 per winner) 5th prize: 3 x Creepz Derivative Art (1 per winner) • Eligibility: hold a DAO token (any number will do)
