Proposal #5

Use up to 100 ETH to purchase Genesis Creepz over the next 2 weeks, at the discretion of the multi sigs. Purchases should be spread over at least 3 separate transactions.

The budget is intended to purchase at least 25 Genesis Creepz. If the average price per creepz for all purchases under this approval is going to exceed 5 ETH then purchases should stop. If after 2 weeks 25 creepz have not been purchased the remaining funds are returned to treasury.

The strategy here is to rapidly grow our genesis holdings at this time, while the floor stays down. with one major partnership being announced but two coming up there is a risk that momentum takes over and we miss the opportunity. By spreading the purchases out the signatory team can react quickly to opportunities.

This benefits Creepz by adding to the momentum of the announcements and showing strength to future partners.
