Proposal: [BUY] [4 ETH] To run a Creepz DAO IRL event in LA Please vote "Approve" to support or "Disapprove" to reject this proposal.

CreepzDAO has been presented with a proposal for a (unofficial) Creepz Event at NFTLA. NFTLA is one of the biggest NFT events in the world with a projected attendance of 20k+. This event will be included in the events material both online and offline (ex. Agenda, events index).

The event has already been planned out and quoted. The event was originally funded and supported by Joe and Dom, however, the management agency kiboshed it. Reason being, 360 wants to have 100% ownership over the Creepz brand and any official function of the Creepz band needs to be under their purview and control. Which makes a lot of sense. They still fully support the idea and want us to move forward with it, it just can’t be an official event.

IRL events have proven to be successful marketing methods in bringing attention to NFT projects. The event itself will be seen by thousands of attendees of NFTLA and the experience itself will introduce perhaps 100s to Creepz. The digital assets that will captured by a photographer will be professionally produced and shared on social media. We’ve all seen how well the Creepz community can spread content on twitter. These images and videos will get 10’s of thousands of impressions in the days/weeks following the event. It is also possible that celebrities/influencers will attend the event (no promises, but they will be invited).

The cost of the event is very low thanks to Miklo’s trade and connections in the LA events scene. The 4 ETH cost amortized across each of the 7992 minted DAOs would be 0.000501 ETH ($1.45) or about 1.2% of the 0.042069 ETH mint cost/DAO. In simple terms, its a very small expense that has the potential to expose Creepz and CreepzDAO to thousands of new potential new holders. Given the limited supply in all of the collections, even a small amount of buying activity in the following days/weeks is meaningful and impactful. We saw what even a little volume can do to the Creepz floor.

What better time to do something like this than in the heat of season 2? We are picking up steam and it would be great for the NFT community at large to see what the Creepz community is all about. These types of events are made for that.

I ask you this….. 1.5 floor Creepz? Or, an event that drives new sales, brings new holders to the DAO/Creepz and helps brand both entities as a cool community to be a part of? The event will also produce tons of media assets that will live on for weeks and months after the event on social media. I can’t think of a better use of 4eth in terms of promoting Creepz and the CreepzDAO.

The Party Details:

  • Professionally produced branding and marketing event at cost (This event would cost 30K+ at market)
  • Snoop Dogg’s DJ, DJ Cell will be the DJ for the event!
  • Food will be prepared and served By Famed LA Chef, Jason Harley (www.chefj.com)
  • Open bar (liquor, beer and wine)
  • Beer for the event will be sponsored by and provided by Tiger Beer (Heineken)
  • “Invasion themed” party at a luxury penthouse overlooking LA
  • Photographer will be documenting the entire event and all raw and produced material willl be provided to the DAO to circulate on social media (marketing!)
  • The party will be included in event information in all of NFTLA’s material online and offline (great visibility)
  • Creepz Blowups and other Creepz themed elements will be placed throughout
  • Fully staffed event with Hosts, bottle service ladies, security team, doorman and party organizers
  • The event will be streamed live for all those who can’t attend
  • DAO Representatives will be on hand to promote Creepz and keep the event on brand, safe and fun for all attendees
  • Hosted by Miklo and Crystal
  • Full insured and papered
  • CreepzDAO token required for entry for each person

Value and ROI

  • Brand exposure via NFTLA online and offline material for NFTLA attendees (in market demographic).
  • Full documented in professionally produced photo and video. Assets will be shared and circulated on social media for days/weeks following the event.
  • A professional event that will promote the brand of Creepz and Creepz DAO to hundreds of in-market would be Creepz holders and will be seen by thousands of NFTLA attendees
  • CreepzDAO token required for entry. 100’s of attendees, potential to mint 100’s more tokens
  • Even with only 10-20 new Creepz holders produced by the event in the following days/weeks can move the needle and therefore increase TAV for DAO holders
