Proposal (Governance) Amendment of Whitepaper and Enactment of Interim Proposal Mechanism

(A) To amend the Whitepaper to add following paragraph to the Whitepaper, namely,

" It is resolved by the holders of CreepDAO that, an incorporated organisation of Creepz DAO ("Creepz DAO Inc") will be established, and governing documents with the rules of Creepz DAO Inc, the descriptions of its structure and governing mechanism including but not limited to proposal submission, voting and enactment ("Constitution") will be adopted to replace the rules, structure and processes set out in the Whitepaper. "; and,

(B) While waiting for the Constitution to be drafted and approved, in the interim period of not more than one (1) month, the executive consisting of the signatories to the Creepz DAO multi-sig wallet and advisors is given authority to streamline the proposal submission, voting, enactment process and mechanism to ensure the operations of Creepz DAO will not be frustrated due to the lack of CreepDAO holders' participation.

Votes should be casted as a 'Yes' or 'No' answer and the proposal requires a majority of 'Yes' votes and requires a 75% vote threshold to pass.

If this proposal cannot reach a 75% vote threshold after 48 hours, the voting process shall continue for another 24 hours. By 72 hours after the beginning of the voting process, the CreepzDAO holders presented and casted their votes shall form a quorum and shall have power to pass any this proposal with majority 'Yes' votes.
