Proposal: [DISTRIBUTE] Minting Milestones Raffles Please vote "Approve" to support or "Disapprove" to reject this proposal.

A series of up to 21 raffles will be held at Minting Milestones achieved within the next 30 days. The milestones are the minting of every 100th token beginning at token #8,101 and ending with token #10,000. For example a raffle with be held once token #8,200 is minted for those who hold tokens #8,101-#8,200. For every milestone hit, only the previous 100 tokens will be eligible for that raffle. If Milestones are not hit within 30 days of this motion being announced as passed then raffles for unmet milestones are cancelled.

For every milestone a Creepz Genesis of the DAO teams choosing will be given away. These will purchased during the duration of the 30 days with the target price of 1-1.5ETH. If the floor should increase beyond 2.5ETH, the team may opt to pay 2.5ETH rather than supply a Creepz Genesis. Note that if you previously minted 10, the limit is now 25 per wallet.

As a thank you to those who participated in the previous raffle we will also do a raffle of a Creepz Genesis to those who hold tokens #7,993-#8,100. The raffle will take place once token #8,200 is minted to ensure there is not a loss to start off the raffle.

At Milestone #10,000 We will celebrate the Mint Out of the DAO. An additional raffle will take place giving away another Genesis Creepz to bring the total raffled away to 20. To be eligible you must own a DAO token (any one from #1 to #10,000), each token you own counts as an entry.

All Drawings will be done by random number generator with the number generated representing the token ID. A re-roll of a drawing will occur if;

• The token is currently listed for sale in any manner on OpenSea
• The token is burned/lost.
• The token is owned by the Creepz DAO (we own token #1)

A budget of .5ETH from the DAOs wallet will be made available for use to market the raffles. This will include the creation of banners. Ads, etc. This will be spent at the Admin Team's discretion.

Benefit to DAO. Minting out represents 79.5ETH of new funds to purchase assets at a discount. Prizes will cost the DAO 20-30ETH based on floor in recent months. With our current balance of 30.6ETH we would sit at 80ETH+ should the raffle be successful. The value of having ETH available to us now to make strategic purchases while floors are down will further lower our average cost and significantly strengthen our position.

PROS; This will encourage people to mint out in a progressive way to create funds that can be applied to purchase of Overlord assets. It is intended to use our assets to reward minters and holders. Being able to potentially deliver a Genesis Creepz via raffle to a someone who doesn't have the budget to buy one, is something the whole Creepz community can get behind.

CONS; Giveaways deplete overall holdings.
