Proposal #10

Proposal: [BUY] [Max $loomi and 10 ETH] To purchase Shards, Points, Genesis, other in-game crypto-assets such as Vaults or ID Lizards from OpenSea by 26th March 23:59 PDT.

On Saturday 19th March @ 14:30 EDT, the CBCreepz Overlord will make announcement to initiate the game play for season 2. At the AMA, the Overload would release their new Season 2 dashboard and publish some infographics that explain some of the new unheard of Season 2 mechanics and experiences that will follow shortly after.

In order to mint ID Lizards, the DAO has to purchase 3 shards (with $loomi) to unlock the Interdimensional Portal. Undoubtedly to play the game effectively in Season 2 the DAO must have ID Lizards either through customised minting or acquisition of good floors from OpenSea.

The DAO also require Points to mint ID Lizards. The more points, the rarer the Lizard (i.e. more valuable Lizard). Right now the DAO has to sacrifice 3,000 $loomi in exchange for 1 Point. In the event that the DAO urgently and absolutely requires more $loomi that is available in the DAO's wallet (right now we have close to 3.3 million $loomi), the DAO may have to swap ETH for $loomi.

In addition, to prepare the DAO for those "new unheard of Season 2 mechanics and experience", the DAO may have to acquire other in-game crypto-assets such as Vaults to defend the DAO from stealing. Obviously it is merely a speculation at this stage but the DAO must be prepared, hence 10 ETH is requested as a budget for such contingency. The DAO may also acquire extra Genesis if nothing extra is required to enhance its standing in the Season 2 game play.

The DAO will find out exactly how many $loomi/Points/ETH are required to mint extra rare ID Lizards and to acquire extra in-game crypto-assets on Saturday.

Pros: The DAO will acquire Shards, Points, ID Lizards and other in-game crypto-assets, so that the DAO stands a better chance to win the Season 2 game and to maximise the return of investment by increasing the DAO's crypto-assets value.

Cons: Other spending of $loomi, such as the purchase of prestigious name and title for the DAO's Creepz Genesis will have to wait. 10 ETH will be used in this budget, and left 29 ETH in the DAO's wallet as reserve.
