Proposal: (Purchase) Up to all $loomi in the wallet and up to 5 ETH to get Shards, Points and Interdimensional Lizards

Thursday, 10 March 2022 14:30 EST the CBCreepz Overlord will open the Shard Store. This Store is for us to purchase 3 shards (with $loomi) to unlock the Interdimensional Portal to mint Interdimensional Lizard ("Lizard") next week. In order to participate and to win the Creepz game in Season 2, the Creepz DAO must have Lizards.

We will find out exactly how many $loomi are required to purchase 3 shards when the Shard Store is open. The $loomi spent will not exceed what is required to purchase 3 shards and whatever necessary to unlock the Interdimensional Portal.

Points will be used to mint Lizards. The more points, the rarer the Lizard (i.e. more valuable Lizard). Right now we can only obtain Points by sacrificing 3,000 $loomi in exchange for 1 Point. In order to get extra rare Lizards, we have to spend a lot of $loomi. In the event that we urgently require more $loomi that is available in the DAO's wallet, we should spend not more than 5 ETH to buy $loomi.

We will find out exactly how many $loomi/Points are required to mint extra rare Lizards next week. The $loomi and ETH spent will not exceed what is required to obtain the rarest lizards the DAO is eligible to mint. We will not spend any ETH if we have enough loomi.

Pros: Acquire Shards, Points to mint rare Lizards. Rare Lizards should provide for the best utility for the Creepz game in Season 2.

Cons: Other spending of $loomi, such as the purchase of prestigious name and title for the DAO's creepz will have to wait.
