Proposal #15 Acquire Further Invasion Passes

PROPOSAL: [BUY][up to 3 ETH] Acquire Further Invasion Passes

The DAO holds 101 Creepz Genesis, but only 38 Invasion Passes. Historically it's been stated by the Overlord team that to mint a 3D version of a Creep Gen you hold you'll additionally require either an IP or Floor x Creepz pass. The 3D Creepz Gens are likely to be the asset you need to play the upcoming Overlord game.

This proposal is to permit the DAO Admin team to use up to 3ETH/WETH, from now until further notice, to acquire further passes so that the DAO holds passes for circa 60%-70% of its Creepz Gens (or a higher % if market pricing allows).

Cons:

• at present the DAO is low on ETH (32.1 ETH in wallet), and a proportion of this needs to be retained for future legal/tax liabilities. If passed the DAO will have less ETH for other purchases (e.g. IDs).
• there's a chance of being front run - others will acquire before us in the knowledge that we're intending to buy, so the price may be artificially higher (albeit we can try mitigate this by making WETH offers / having an open-ended buy period)
• there's a risk that the Overlord team pivots and we won't need a pass to mint a 3D (albeit if this happens they will likely ensure the passes retain some value, somehow)

Pros:

• More 3D Gens for use by the DAO (/holders) in-game
• the price of passes will likely go up as we get further Gaming announcements and Creepz Gen holders remember they additionally need a pass to mint their 3Ds
• relatively low risk - this is only a 3ETH spend (max)
