DAO Proposal #1

WHAT: Purchase up to 50ETH worth of Creepz Assets

WHY: 🦎 - Put resources to work ASAP 🦎 - Seed the DAO with assets 🦎 - Avoid front-running (please understand we must not be too specific with exactly which Creepz Assets are being purchased)

WHEN: Voting will be open until 1PM EST Sunday Feb 20th. The funds will be utilized within 1 week from the end of the voting period.

HOW: In the event the vote passes with a majority “yes”, no more than 50ETH will be allocated to a series of strategic purchases across the Creepz ecosystem.

Any remaining/unused funds will remain in the Creepz DAO. Upon completion, full report will be provided detailing all purchase activity.

1 CreepDAO Token = 1 Vote. Ex. 10 CreepzDAO Tokens = 10 Votes.
