Omega Key Game Mechanics (VIP 003)

Motivation

Per VIP 002 you overwhelmingly voted to split the rewards. For this outcome to be meaningful, the game's design should protect the "split" rewards by preventing a single player from easily winning all of them.

We have two proposals to achieve this, but each proposal adds its own twist to the game. Please vote for the proposal which we should proceed with : Universal Keys or Key Leagues.
