Should Loie become an Elder of the Dawn Embassy?

Hello my dears 🧚🏼‍♀️ I'm Loie. Recently I was labeled the People Ops Mage of web3, and I'll take it 😅🔮 You may know me from Giveth - running experiments in participatory budgeting & various decentralized "HR" efforts back in 2018/19. Or from launching the Commons Stack & bootstrapping the early years of Ethereum's public goods focus. Or now from Gitcoin, directing people operations... Either way I have been a care person & internal governance scientist in web3 for many years. But more importantly to THIS proposal: I helped start the Giveth House in Barcelona a few years ago. I found, built & designed the space to maximize collaboration between hackers/builders/thinkers who visit, and we're proud to see that many important concepts in the Blockchain for Good space were born & developed here. It functions as a hostel/coworking space/community center and I have learned a lot from nurturing this space for 3 years. I'd be happy to make similar contributions to the new space being born in Lisbon. Elco has encouraged me to become an Elder for this reason.
