How much of a multiplier should #OnEarth Badge Holders recieve?

OnEarth Badge holders were the original supporters who made this all possible.

If they should receive a long term perk, even if they don't subscribe to DCL Report on Xpand, should they still receive a bonus?

If an OnEarth Badge holder for instance, is a member, but not subscribed, and there is a 2x multiplier for OnEarth badge holders, then all OnEarth badge holders would get 100 $REPORT/week (compared to subscribers who also earn 100 $REPORT/week)
