Summary

Core part of the vision of The Divergents is to accelerate & fund early-stage community-led projects creating positive impact. One third of the net proceeds from our first NFT presale were put in our treasury and one of our missions is to provide financing to community projects of The Divergents NFT holders. We currently have 2 grants available of 2 ETH that we are ready to distribute.

The team has confirmed 4 projects that are eligible to receive funding from the Divergents:

1) The Open Play (@mallovv) View proposal

2) Hereafter the art (@tinstudio) View proposal

3) Blockchain angels (@Rocket Unit) View proposal

4) Crypto portal (@samgittis.eth) View proposal

Voting explained

Each The Divergents NFT represents one vote power. We will use Weighted voting method. You can select more choices and how much weight in % do you assign to them (out of 100%). By this way you can distribute your vote power across more options. E.g. if you hold 2 Divergents and assign 50% to option A and 50% to option B, each option will receive 1 DVRG.

The option that receives the most votes will be implemented by the core team (financing one of the projects above or also financing none if so decided).

Funding & reservations

The funds will be provided to the specific project within a few working days upon the conclusion of the vote. The core team reserves a right for changes that could be caused by any legal or accounting requirements.

Note from the founders

Please keep in mind, that in long run the Divergents community will have more grants to distribute but will also receive more proposals. Vote only for projects that you like, find feasible, can create measurable positive impact & can also raise awareness about our community.
