This proposal proposes an update on proposals that come to a voting period in the DAO, specifically on the quorum required for approval of proposals. In Dream DAO, the quorum is set at a fixed number of the total voting membership, which can result in significant challenges in reaching agreements on crucial renewals. For this and other reasons we propose a more flexible approach that better fits the dynamics of the community, thus improving the efficiency of the decision-making process.
This proposal proposes that 30% of the total members of the DAO must vote on any proposal for the result to be valid. Since we consider that if at least almost 1/3 of the members vote, the result can be considered valid, since the result depends on the majority of each election, that is, for it to be approved or not, 50 + 1 of the total votes is needed.
Example of the implementation of the proposal:
We believe that with this process we can have a reliable result according to the number of members with active membership.
Upon approval of the proposal and every time we have a Renewal Process.
