DREAM DAO PROPOSAL #84: Roles w/o candidates — next steps for Co-Steward

Problem:

A few roles open for candidates did not get any applicants. Because of this, here are a few solutions that @Amanda Maritan and @Shaan Patel are proposing to solve this issue:

1. For the Champion Co-Steward, we propose to:

• The role is substituted by another Builder Co-steward until the end of the season, or;
• The role is temporarily substituted by a Builder Co-steward. When new Champs arrive, we shall run a new election solely for the Champion Co-steward role, or;
• The role is temporarily filled by Shaan Patel (the current Champion Co-steward). When new Champs arrive, we shall run a new election solely for the Champion Co-steward role.
