Should we change the TGW withdrawal fee?

When the project was launched, TGW had an 88% withdrawal fee to act as a lockup for investors which was planned to be reduced to 18% after 12 months. This reduction has not yet been effected.

We need to decide if we want to effect this reduction now, or hold it off for now, until the next governance proposal.
