i would rather we invested in a Metaverse Incubator Fund and partner with Metaverse projects to help small metaverse projects and development in return for profit share and royalties on NFT Sales. then keep stacking up the Vault with Blue Chip NFT's. we will gain far more gains in taking more risk. some of these investments can include Land as part of deals, i Imagine a Head Dao world where we build ongoing life revenue royalty streams from Projects we support. Where are the NFT Incubator Funds out there ? few and far between.
