Proposal: Weekly NFT Raffles

This proposal is regarding the weekly NFT raffle. As suggested by the holders, we will be hosting weekly raffles using $HEAD for an NFT worth up to 1 ETH.

• The proposal allows the team members to purchase an NFT for up to 1 ETH weekly using the DAO funds for the next six months.

• These NFTs could range anywhere between 0.1 to 1 ETH, and the total spent in the six months on raffles must not be more than 24 ETH.

• The NFT purchases will be stored on the multi-sig wallet and then transferred to the winner.

• The raffle process must be held using a smart contract on the ethereum blockchain, and the winner must be chosen in a random matter.
