lets liquidate all the nfts in the treasury and distribute the eth to headdao holders

we can make this more dao more interesting by doing this and plus the holders/stakers can get rewarded. right now the project isnt doing much, the game is bad and the future doesnt look bright. Lets plz push this to pass !
