10 eth a week budget

With consideration that we currently have about 65 eth in our DAO treasury currently to go towards purchases, we are asking if the community would like to pace ourselves a bit and commit to a once a week purchase for 10eth or less for the next 4 weeks. This will allow us to keep momentum going with purchases, and will also make sure we don't run our treasury dry in the process. During these 4 weeks we will continue to get secondary royalties from Opensea, and we will be able to monitor how much on average is coming in from that. After 4 weeks, we as a community can reevaluate how we want to proceed with purchases depending on how much we have in our treasury and how much we have been receiving on average in royalties.
