The market is down across the board, let's get a purchase in before liquidity starts flowing back into the market. We will have 25 eth for this purchase, but we could always go slightly above if need.

If Otherside Deed is the winner, this will require the eth or ape (still unknown what secondary will be like and lots of rumors of an ape marketplace that otherside deeds and assets will be exclusively sold on) to be sent to BioHapHazard's secondary wallet to purchase deeds due to the huge volitility ape the otherside floor.
