Formal DAO Meeting: Lets Pick A Date!

This is a proposal to bring the individual DAO members together in order to articulate voice and approach to the DAO mechanics.

As best i can see, this is the first formalized DAO run investor meeting proposal within HeadDAO. Due to this, we will have a lot to discuss, and my apologies for a wall of text!

We, the DAO, are a union of community governing the project via our NFT investment. As such i see the formal structure of this organization as such:

DAO = Public Union + Management of Vault + Management of Game Moderator = Inter-Party Glue, the liaison between DAO & Team Team = Logistics & Operations team for executing DAO proposals

We as a community are discussing on a daily basis about changes that we would like to see. However we are leaving that discussion to discord, instead of proposing the change we want to see. In this vote I am asking the DAO to vote on a proper date to hold these meetings. Then we will vote to schedule the time of meeting itself.

This is to be a separate meeting from the "AMA" that are expected to be scheduled weekly. This has not been consistent, so we will make a consistent DAO-Led regular conversation. Community led for Community building.

The current vote will continue from Today, Sunday Feb 13th, until Friday Feb 18th. Ideally this is a sufficient window for actively engaged members to see, and action this vote.

Days are provided with intention that we will use the top pick as priority and second & third highest votes as option days of the week for future DAOn Halls. Because of this you are able to spread your votes out among the options, spread your votes among options that work best for you!

A more rapid single choice vote will be held Friday Feb 18th, till end of day Feb 20th in order to determine the time of the meeting. I expect the meeting to be about an hour of open discussion, with some curated topic points.

I will schedule a meeting for the week of Feb 21-27 with the approved Time and Date.

Example Discussion points: -Head Vault, and how we use it. These are DAO assets, DAO funded.

-Head Game, and how we manage expectations. This is a DAO voted to create game, DAO funded, DAO Owned.

-$Head Coin and its current state. Vault Backed coin, with no support from vault. "Burning" not actually being possible.

Notes from this meeting will be transcribed and utilized for approaching the team with formal articulated requests. I will strive to get a recording of the audio from this as well.
