How much ETH should we allocate to sewer passes? (vote is PER pass)

How much ETH are we allocating to sewer passes? Voted ETH amount is PER sewer pass. (total spend = * 5 as we have 5 passes.)

At first I was quoted the following price: Person one: 500k (T4) 0.8 eth 450k (T4) 0.55 eth 400k (T4) 0.25 eth

I then informed person two who was interested in providing the service to us as well, and they countered with this pricing: Person two: 500k+ (T4) 450k+ (T3) 0.5eth 550k+(T4) 500k+ (T3) 1eth 600k+ (T4) 550K+ (T3) 2eth

Afterwards, person one said they can beat person two's pricing still. I believe there will be a bit more back and forth here before we discover who has the best pricing, but I'd like to determine what a reasonable maximum spend is per pass.

As many of you know, there are plenty of people out there willing to get a good score on dookey dash sewer passes in exchange for ETH.

I believe we are interested in this service from the discussion I've seen in the chat (will add a "not interested" option in this vote just in case)
