Dream Team - Language Ambassadors

Abstract:

The Holy Ones DAO and Games on Chain recognize the importance of reaching a diverse and multilingual audience. This proposal seeks to hire two Language Ambassadors at a competitive salary to help us cater to non-English speaking communities. Their main responsibilities will include sharing engaging content, engaging with followers in their respective languages, and monitoring social media platforms for trends and opportunities for new outreach in those languages.

$150 per month x 2 Ambassadors x 3 months = Total $900 per 3 months

Proposal:

To better connect with non-English speaking communities and expand the reach of The Holy Ones DAO and Games on Chain, we propose hiring two Language Ambassadors who will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Share engaging content from Games on Chain and The Holy Ones across social media platforms, targeting followers who speak their respective languages.
• Engage with followers in their language, providing timely and respectful responses to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Actively participate in dedicated language Discord channels, fostering a sense of community and inclusivity.
• Post three tweets per week promoting The Holy Ones content in their respective languages, highlighting events, updates, and news.
• Share one tweet per week featuring Games on Chain content in their respective languages, showcasing games, achievements, and opportunities for participation.
• Monitor social media platforms for trends and opportunities to expand outreach and engagement in their language communities.
• Provide weekly reports on the effectiveness of social media campaigns in their respective languages, offering feedback and suggestions for improvement.

We already have a Spanish Channel in the Holy Ones Discord, this proposal will also add a French Channel to the Holy Ones Discord.

Conclusion:

Investing in Language Ambassadors is essential to expanding the reach of The Holy Ones DAO and Games on Chain into non-English speaking communities. The proposed grant will enable us to hire skilled professionals who can effectively engage with these communities, ultimately leading to increased brand awareness, a more diverse membership, and stronger global connections. This proposal will also add a French Channel to the Holy Ones Discord. We hope to see a more diverse linguistic community to be part of the Holy Ones and play at Games on Chain.
