Abstract:

As one year has gone by, we have recognized the need for strategic and effective marketing leadership. This proposal will create a new marketing leadership team for a 3 month term that will bring that push needed to mint out the rest of the Holy Ones NFTs and increase Revenue on Games On Chain Dapp.

Proposal:

This proposal represents a challenging yet achievable endeavor that we are fully aware of and prepared to tackle head-on. Nowhere, Skaz, and Tudamoon are committed to dedicating our efforts to this project, collaborating closely to ensure its success.

We firmly believe that by striving for increased minting for The Holy Ones and increased Unique Active Wallets for Games On Chain, we will not only secure tangible returns but also make considerable strides in raising awareness and building the notoriety of our brand. Our efforts will create a lasting impression on potential customers, even if they do not convert immediately. The brand's resonance will endure in their minds, paving the way for future engagement and success.

Each of us brings unique skills and expertise to our respective roles, and we are all prepared to set ambitious personal goals that will contribute to the overall success of the project. Through our unwavering dedication, determination, and teamwork, we are confident in our ability to overcome the challenges ahead and achieve the desired outcomes.

We will be allocating $500 per month for Games On Chain Bankroll to assist affiliates to have starting funds for their streams. Skaz, the Affiliate Manager will delegate an amount of bankroll to preferred affiliates. All bankroll funds will need to be given out to an easily trackable wallet that will be dedicated for use solely playing with Games on Chain. All of the funds of the bankroll will need to be used for Games On Chain as well as any winnings derived from the bankroll funds.

We are also requesting a one-time allocation of $1,200 to explore various promotional strategies for the brands, enabling us to identify the most effective methods and discard those that do not yield the desired results. Upon discovering a particularly successful approach, we may present a subsequent proposal to secure funding for a comprehensive marketing campaign that capitalizes on this proven tactic.

Position #1: Chief Marketing Strategist – The Holy Ones

Responsibilities and Access: The CMS will be granted access and authority over the following:

  1. Official social media accounts: To ensure consistent messaging and branding, the CMS will have control over our social media platforms, including, but not limited to, Twitter and Instagram.
  2. Content Creator from Metaskins: The CMS will collaborate with a dedicated Content Creator from Metaskins, utilizing their expertise in producing high-quality and engaging content to promote The Holy Ones NFT project.
  3. Discord Moderation privileges: The CMS will have the ability to moderate our Discord channel and Games On Chain Discord Server, ensuring that discussions and interactions remain on-topic, positive, and in alignment with our community values.
  4. Give Guidance and help with content for Promoters. Review Feedback given from promoters.

Primary Objective: The CMS's primary objective is to successfully mint out The Holy Ones NFT project. They will achieve this by creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to spread awareness about the project across various platforms and channels. The CMS's goals include:

  1. Driving potential collectors to either mint our NFTs or join our Discord community.
  2. Collaborating with the Community Manager to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new Discord members, guiding them through any questions and encouraging them to mint our NFTs.
  3. Continuously analyzing and optimizing the marketing funnel to identify and address any bottlenecks or issues that may hinder our project's success.

Position #2: Chief Marketing Officer – Games On Chain

Responsibilities and Access: The CMO will be granted access and authority over the following:

  1. Official social media accounts: To ensure consistent messaging and branding, the CMO will have control over the Games On Chain social media platforms, including, but not limited to, DappRadar, Twitter and Instagram.
  2. Content Creator from Metaskins: The CMO will collaborate with a dedicated Content Creator from Metaskins, utilizing their expertise in producing high-quality and engaging content to promote The Holy Ones NFT project.
  3. Discord Moderation privileges: The CMO will have the ability to moderate the Holy Ones Discord channel and Games On Chain Discord Server, ensuring that discussions and interactions remain on-topic, positive, and in alignment with the community values.
  4. Give Guidance and help with content for Promoters. Review Feedback given from promoters.

Primary Objective: The GoC CMO's primary objective is to increase Unique Active Wallets (UAW) and the Volume. They will achieve this by creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to spread awareness about the project across various platforms and channels which will lead to engagement by the Affiliates, Discord server and other outlets ultimately ending with the users playing the games on the GoC DAPP. The CMO's goals include:

  1. Brand Awareness. Making sure the Games on Chain brand is well known. Confidence and trust are needed for people to consider playing on Games On Chain. People are more inclined to play on Games on Chain if they have heard of the platform.
  2. Collaborating with the Affiliate Manager to create engagement. Promoting the affiliates’ streams to show engaging content that others will find fun and exciting.
  3. Continuously analyzing and optimizing the marketing funnel to identify and address any bottlenecks or issues that may hinder Game On Chains’ success.

Position #3: Affiliate Manager – Games On Chain

Responsibilities and Access: The Affiliate Manager will have access and authority over the following:

  1. Content Creator from Metaskins: The Affiliate Manager will collaborate with a dedicated Content Creator from Metaskins to develop engaging and informative content that assists the affiliates in promoting Games on Chain.
  2. Discord Moderation privileges: The Affiliate Manager will have the ability to moderate the Holy Ones Discord channel and Games On Chain Discord Server, ensuring that discussions and interactions remain on-topic, positive, and in alignment with the community values.
  3. Dashboard and Operational management of Affiliates if necessary.
  4. Bankroll management of $500 per month that will be dedicated to streamers.
  5. Create a channel of communication for affiliates to give feedback.

Primary Objective: The Affiliate Manager's primary objective is to guide and support our affiliates, providing them with the necessary resources and content to achieve success in promoting Games on Chain. They will focus on the following key areas:

  1. Weekly tips and guidance: The Affiliate Manager will regularly share tips, insights, and best practices to ensure that affiliates are promoting the correct aspects of Games on Chain and maximizing their potential for success. Game Updates, new trailers and more...
  2. Monitoring and supporting DAO-paid affiliates: The Affiliate Manager will closely monitor the performance of affiliates compensated by the DAO, ensuring that they fulfill their responsibilities and deliver results.
  3. Hiring and onboarding new affiliates: The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliates to expand our network and increase the reach of Games on Chain.

Struggles and Hardships:

The primary challenge we face is extending the runway for The Holy Ones DAO. While Metaskins remains committed to delivering the promised games, ensuring we always have a product, the absence of a dedicated marketing team with a well-crafted plan could prevent us from reaching the market. It is therefore imperative that we achieve success with this endeavor, addressing concerns such as inquiries from newcomers about our minting progress and other potential objections.

Regarding Games On Chain, our present reach is constrained, as numerous potential customers have yet to discover our platform. Our objective is to boost brand visibility. For affiliates, their primary goal will involve engaging with players. In this web3 landscape, fostering confidence through awareness and engagement is essential for converting newcomers. Admittedly, initiating this momentum may prove challenging due to the limited promotion thus far. However, once we set the wheels in motion, we anticipate that progress will continue with reduced effort.

Conclusion:

After a year of operation, we are fully committed to undertaking this challenging yet achievable project, with the dedication and collaboration of Nowhere, Skaz, and myself. Our goals to increase minting for The Holy Ones and unique active wallets for Games On Chain will not only yield tangible returns but also raise brand awareness and notoriety. Through our unique skills and expertise, ambitious personal goals, and unwavering teamwork, we are confident in our ability to overcome obstacles and achieve success. There will also be $500 allocated to funding bankrolls for affiliates managed by the Affiliate Manager. We also request a one-time allocation of $1,200 to explore various promotional strategies to identify the most effective method, leading to a subsequent proposal for a comprehensive marketing campaign. We believe our efforts will leave a lasting impression on potential customers and pave the way for future engagement and success.
