Create rewards-based program for Holy Games (2 of 2)

ABSTRACT This is part two of the Reward System program. I am not going to retype the first part that was already passed. However, after talking with the Team, there may be some minor adjustments/amendments to the first proposal made. Therefore I will reference the first proposal in some aspects, but most of this proposal is clarification and final determinations of what is needed cost-wise to implement this.

PART 1 GRANT AMOUNT (Already approved) $2700 - Team approved and believes this top dollar amount will satisfy the costs of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program (w/ ability to do email blasts), Decentraland Wearable, and Decentraland Billboard/advertising. 60 MANA for the rewarding the winners of the 3 contests

PART 2 GRANT AMOUNT (Needs to be approved by this proposal) $40,000 USD as the top dollar amount. This leaves room for 2 Development Sprints and Integration of the smart contracts in the Decentraland Scene for the Rewards Program.

OPINION IN FAVOR OF GRANT AMOUNT This may seem costly for those who are not used to development, however this is a reasonable price for implementation. There are many benefits to this reward program, such as: email blasts and other marketing, incentives to play our Holy Games, Awesome Prizes, can do Reward point deals on certain games (ex. Blackjack Month gives 2x rewards... etc.) and more. It also incentivizes people to play our games over future competition. Also the team believes this will not impact our games functions.

WHEN? REWARDS PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT will begin after the team releases Roulette (which is after Holy War and Blackjack, but before Rock, Paper, Scissors). Contests #1 & #2 should also be finished by then.

AMENDMENTS TO PART 1 OF PROPOSAL #7 Where it says a DCL wearable will be given to every new member, the team determined it would be best not to force others to give their email as a requirement, but reward the DCL wearable in exchange for a valid email address and valid registration.

Contest #3 would now be for the first redeemable reward wearable for the rewards program instead of being an airdrop. It will show as one of the prizes that can be redeemed from the reward program. Please remember this contest is about submitting concepts that would meet the DCL wearable requirements so the Metaskins team could design it. They only need a concept drawing or draft of what you want. Also remember by submitting in any of these contests, you agree that you allowing for the full usage of your design rights for The Holy Ones DAO.

#1 The team believes that for the first wearable upon valid registration and email, it would be best if they decide on the design to represent the Rewards program brand. Hence Contest #3 will be for the first redeemable prize, NOT the free wearable by registering.

#5 The redemption area is only covering Decentraland. Team will make an all-in-one rewards program station that you can see the rewards and also sign up. There will also be a 1 lot scene where users can try on the reward wearables or other prizes.

CONCLUSION The team is onboard with everything mentioned above. This is a really good investment for the Holy Ones NFT to be able to get means of contacting players and other membership details, while also rewarding players for loyalty to the Holy games. The Contest #1 will begin if this proposal is approved. This program will incentivize players to continue playing our games organically. Also the approval of this part of the proposal, you are enacting the entirety of this proposal.
