Compensating the Holy Community Managers

ABSTRACT The goal of this proposal is to receive a grant from our treasury to continue to pay our exceptional "Holy Managers", running our discord community, and so much more. This staff includes Jellyblob (Jelly), Ms.Dinklepuff, Nick, and Jamie Lannister. This crew for the most part has been with us since the start. They have watched this community grow from its beginnings, and have always been an invaluable asset. We are now making this vision a reality, and who better to run this community than the OG staff that got us here!?

GRANT AMOUNT $3,600/Month OR 2.36ETH/Month (based on todays price) (This grant would refer to the next 6 months)

PROPOSAL I propose that we allot $3,600/month over the next six months to keep our staff on board to facilitate what they have always done, ensuring that newcomers feel welcome and educated about the project, as well as creating community and organization within our discord servers and in world experiences.

Additionally:

Now that we have some of our suite of games live in DCL, our community managers goals and job will not only be to welcome new and interested members into our discord, and other social media communities, but to enrich our gaming experience, by helping those in world to have the best user experience and customer service possible. The on-chain gaming ecosystem in Decentraland, is not something that most are used to at this point. We must promote/educate our dcl community about our events, new games, new experiences, add ons to the Holy Temple and more. Our staff has proven time and time again that they are some of the most welcoming, helpful and educated team members in the NFT/metaverse space and we plan to make sure that those interested in our community continue to get the service that has been consistent since the beginning of this project.

STRUGGLES AND HARDSHIPS

I do not see much in terms of struggles and hardships, other than the team understanding that they will need to be on their toes and continue to stay up to speed about how the Holy games work, by keeping track of potential issues or bugs that might come up, and coming up with answers that solve these issues quickly for users. The team has always been consistent with their answers and I strongly believe they will continue to portray that consistency while bringing into the gaming side of things.

CONCLUSION

Voting “YES” on this proposal means you support that our team is fully dedicated to The Holy Ones project and gaming ecosystem that is set to launch in Decentraland. The tasks will be to continue their great work within our Discord ecosystem, educating and answering new and old community members on requests, funneling questions, issues, proposals, and ongoing conversations.The new tasks will include gaming questions/answers, forwarding potential bugs, taking a user through the initial process, and everything else that might come up when a user begins their entrance to the Holy Gaming Ecosystem!
