This proposal seeks to hire a Smoking Room Host at a monthly salary of $400 to facilitate weekly social events in Decentraland, creating opportunities for community members and newcomers to connect, engage, and enjoy good vibes. The host will be responsible for event planning, promotion, and fostering a positive atmosphere during each gathering.

To strengthen community bonds and provide a welcoming space for newcomers, we propose hiring a Smoking Room Host for The Holy Ones DAO, who will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Organize and host one 2-hour event per week in the DCL Stoner Room in Decentraland, providing a relaxed atmosphere for community members to connect, socialize, and discuss topics of interest.
• Engage with the community and promote outreach, ensuring that events are well-attended and appealing to a diverse audience.
• Plan and execute event promotion across social media platforms, leveraging The Holy Ones and Games on Chain channels to maximize visibility and encourage participation.
• Be present in the DCL Stoner Room's voice chat during events, facilitating conversation and ensuring that all attendees feel welcome and included.
