Vroomway Sponsorship Advertising Campaign

ABSTRACT The goal of this proposal is to receive a grant from our treasury to sponsor an advertising campaign for the Vroomway Grand Opening in Decentraland. The Vroomway is a raceway that will be opened to Decentraland users to race for prizes and more. I am proposing that we purchase advertising space in their Grand Opening Event.

GRANT AMOUNT (VOTES DECIDE ON TIER) Tier 1 $500 = portal frame ads Tier 2 $750 = portal frames and The Recharge banner Tier 3 $1,500 = portal frames, The Recharge banner, shoutout from performer, logo on photo wall. All tiers will need an additional $200 allocated to them for the creation of the banner and frame advertisements by Metaskins.

PROPOSAL I propose that we allot $1700 top dollar (Or $200 plus the chosen tier amount) from the Holy Treasury to be used for sponsoring the Vroomway’s Grand Opening. This is a good target audience to advertise to because this will reach Decentraland Gamers. Right now, our games are very reliant on Decentraland’s activity and success, so it is also important to be supportive of other organizations in the space. I think this also opens a great future business opportunity with Vroomway. In addition, I also propose that we add Vroomway’s event to our Discord Calendar and for the Holy Ones to host an afterparty event after Vroomway’s grand opening. This proposal only creates the Afterparty event. The details of the Holy Ones Afterparty event will have to be decided on.

FRAME AND BANNER Sizes: 1080x1920 for portal frame ad 1080x1080 for The Recharge banner

The Frame’s objective should be to create awareness that the Holy Ones have “On-chain Risk-to-Earn Games.”

The Banner (if tier is chosen) should have a call-to-action inviting players to our Holy Temple (or whatever our main game location in Decentraland on October 1st).

STRUGGLES AND HARDSHIPS Right now, there is no metrics or data that we can collect to determine the success of this advertising campaign. Decentraland hasn’t been as active these last few months, but I think summer is ending and I am hoping to see an increase in active users in Decentraland.

CONCLUSION If you vote on one of the tiers, you are agreeing to and in favor of the entirety of proposal, including the Holy Ones Afterparty Event. Remember that all tiers come with an additional cost of $200 for the creation of the frame and banners by Metaskins.
