Create the Holy Insiders (DISCORD)

ABSTRACT The goal of this proposal is to be able to conduct better business strategies in confidence and separate business strategies from impeding on the holy community culture. Many corporations do not share all their company secrets to all their shareholders. This idea creates transparency and allows fairness to the requirements of what it takes to be a Holy Insider. It would eliminate any favoritism with having these requirements. There are certain strategies that we cannot implement well with the public knowing and our competitive advantage is taken away from us when we make the information available just for being a holder.

PROPOSAL

1. Create a new Discord role called “Holy Insiders.” The Holy Insiders will have permissions to tag @HolyInsiders anywhere in the Discord Server and the Holy insiders will have permissions to create threads inside the #Holy-Insiders-Discussion Channel. The requirements to obtain the “Holy Insiders” role are: a. Level 20 on our Discord with at least 1 THO NFT; or b. has at least 20 THO NFTs.;” or c. Are a Holy Admin, Holy Ones Founder or an Ambassador.

2. Create a Discord Category called the “Holy Insiders”

3. Create Two Channels under the Holy Insiders Category (to be known as “Holy Insider’s Channels”): #Holy-Insider-Agreement #Holy-Insiders-Discussion

CATEGORY & CHANNELS FUNCTIONALITY The Holy Insiders Category will be visible to everyone as a reminder that it exists. However the channels will be hidden to anyone who does not have the role. Initially, the only channel that can be seen by anyone who has the Holy Insiders role, is the #Holy-Insider-Agreement channel. Before the #Holy-Insiders-Discussion channel is revealed to a Holy Insider, they must agree to the following:

“By gaining access to the #Holy-Insiders-Discussion Channel, I agree that all discussions of “#Holy-Insiders-Discussion” Channel are completely confidential between the parties and shall not be disclosed to anybody else. Any disclosure in violation shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement and permanent removal from any Holy Insider’s Channels.”

They will select a reaction to agree or disagree. If the Holy Insider Disagrees, nothing happens. If they agree, then they gain access to the #Holy-Insiders-Discussion Channel.

The #Holy-Insiders-Discussion Channel can have open discussions about any topic. However, the main use case of this channel is to discuss organizational strategies to implement.

OBJECTIVE OF ENTIRE PROPOSAL To ensure that what is talked about is amongst the Holy Insiders is not known to someone who buys one Holy One NFT for 1 day then can know our organization’s strategies then leave. Transparency is important, but it impairs many DAOs. Look at the BAYC, most of their strategies are within Yuga Labs. They don’t talk strategically all the time with their holders. They release the news. This gives the insiders a channel to cater new ideas for growth and improvement of The Holy Ones, while allowing the community and culture to progress in the main channels.

STRUGGLES AND HARDSHIPS There aren’t many I can think of, except there may be some Holy Ones Holders upset for not immediately being able to be part of the Holy Insiders. However, there are reasonable options to meet the requirements.

CONCLUSION Many corporations do not share all their company secrets to all their shareholders.
