The Holy Ones DAO and Games on Chain are committed to fostering a robust and engaged community across social media platforms. This proposal seeks to hire Promoters at a monthly salary of $250 for a 3 month term to execute a comprehensive social media strategy, enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, and monitoring trends for new opportunities. Promoters will be responsible for understanding the Brands of the Holy Ones & Games on Chain, sharing content, engaging with followers, and reporting on the effectiveness of social media campaigns.

Proposal:

In order to expand the reach and engagement of The Holy Ones DAO and Games on Chain, we propose hiring Promoters who will be responsible for executing the following tasks:

• Learn and understand the brand and how most things work in The Holy Ones and Games on Chain.
• Share engaging content from Games on Chain and The Holy Ones across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and respectful manner.
• Publish one personal tweet per week using their own Holy One, showcasing the unique aspects of our community.
• Post one tweet daily promoting The Holy Ones content, highlighting events, updates, and news.
• Share one tweet per day featuring Games on Chain content, showcasing games, achievements, and opportunities for participation.
• Monitor social media platforms for trends and opportunities to expand outreach and engagement.
• Provide weekly reports on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, offering feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Struggles & Hardships:

The Holy Ones DAO and Games on Chain have encountered the following challenges in managing their social media presence:

• Limited time and resources to consistently create and share engaging content across platforms.
• Difficulty in maintaining a constant and meaningful connection with followers.
• Minting out our Holy Ones to extend the Holy DAO’s funds to have a higher runway for future decision making. By hiring Promoters, we aim to address these challenges and improve our social media presence. Their dedicated efforts will ensure a more consistent and engaging online presence, ultimately leading to increased brand awareness and community growth.
