Proposal to vote on FIP#25 - Gauge Vote #1 using DAO's $gFLOOR

This is a proposal to vote on FIP#25 - Gauge Vote #1 using DAO's $gFLOOR.

The FIP#25 - Gauge #1 is a proposal created by the floorDAO to direct yield pressure. As per their proposal: "The winner of each vote will have 50% of the subsequent 2 weeks of total yield across all treasury holdings, used to !sweep the floors (or $FLOOR) and deploy in our various strategies." The aim is give the power to gFLOOR holders to decide where to allocate the 50% of the subsequent 2 weeks of total FloorDAO treasury yield.
