Direct a portion of commissions to the Idol Treasury

There have been discussions in the community around directing a portion of secondary sales commissions directly to the Idol Treasury. In order to achieve this, we are proposing to stake a portion of $VIRTUE owned by the community wallet and direct 100% of commissions earned towards bonding. This will steadily increase the amount of stETH locked in the treasury over time.

Currently, ~160k $VIRTUE is staked in the $VIRTUE staking contract. This proposal seeks to find the amount of $VIRTUE to stake from the community wallet.
