Undoing the Marketplace Blacklist

In a previous snapshot, the Virtue community voted to blacklist external marketplaces to encourage trading on the Idols Marketplace and increase Virtue APY. However, this action had unintended consequences, including blocking multisig wallets and creating unnecessary barriers for new holders.

To rectify this, we propose a vote to remove the marketplace blacklist. This will allow Idols to be traded freely across all platforms again.
