Farmland by Pixels is one of the leaders in interoperability between different NFT project with land ownership and has an interactive farming mechanic game currently active. The farmlands will be customizable, rentable and farmable. The worlds will be able to be limited to community members or open to anyone you choose to allow in. This will allow community members to farm the land and reap benefits of having the land and able to use their own NFTs that are interoperable (see below for list of current NFT integrations). A marketplace and game token are planned soon with the market place opening next week for current farmers.

At the time of this writing the floor recently jumped from .5 to 0.84 in the past two days after recent AMAs. The team is fully engaged and has seed funding from companies such as Opensea and Amoica Brands The Farming requires active participation so having other members as farmers is more ideal or having a host farmer might be nice too to develop on in the future... maybe a bot farmer?

So far the only thing they discussed was that Size matters and there is a size of the house and size of the property. Large house and Large Size property are the two traits all farmers are claiming to be most valuable. The farms also have the ability to have have tree density, silos, chicken coops and windmills. Each Farmland have one some or none of these properties.
