Proposal to Purchase Otherside Land from Yuga Labs

With the announcement from Yuga Labs (BAYC) that those intending to mint Otherside Land Plot NFTs were required to register with KYC before April 1st, the Team has facilitated an Emergency Vote to make certain changes to the Initial Proposal submitted by WarriorMama. The overwhelming support for these changes has been documented and we now want to validate the approval of these changes according to DAO Protocols using Snapshot so weighted voting through tiers can be factored in.

By voting in favor of this Final Proposal, you approve of all changes voted on with the Emergency Community Vote held Tuesday, April 26th.

By voting in favor of this Final Proposal, you're voting for TheLandDAO to approve buyers, OG Nomad (Founder) and our advisor, justpedro.eth (Founder of Wealth FNF) to mint up to 30 land plots total from their personal wallets in Otherside Land Plot NFTs and ApeCoin on behalf of TheLandDAO with the explicit expectation of being fully reimbursed from TheLandDAO Gnosis wallet for cost of purchase including gas and transfer fees after successful confirmation and review of all transactions by TheLandDAO Treasury Board.
