Buy Metroverse Land to Stake and Earn $MET

Metroverse has a whole game planned, but my thought is not to take part in the game, but stake land plots and earn $MET for the DAO. At the moment, $MET has a value of 9 cents per token, and Metroverse plots earn 200-400 $MET tokens per day (possibly more if you own land plots with the right synergies).

Future blocks will be mintable with $MET. Their new collection is minting on March 22nd, which would introduce more land into the supply, so shortly after that seems like it might be the best time to buy. The floor at the time of this post is 1.68 Eth.

For our purposes, $MET tokens could be used to mint future collections and increase our holdings, or the token could be rewarded to holders. I think the appropriate number to buy could be better decided in the final proposal.
