Basic monthly reporting

As our project matures it would be very benefitial for all TheLandDAO NFT holders to have some basic monthly reports that would provide information on status and major activities of the project. I would propose to have two basic report to be prepared on a monthly basis (within reasonable timeframe after end of a month - let us say, 5 business days).

Report 1:

• a list of all our investments (including purchased NFTs, airdropped NFTs, coins, ETH to be invested, and any other assets we could have);
• quantity and floor price (for NFTs) / market value (for coins) for each asset as of the report date, as well as acquisition value for each asset (for comparison purposes);
• estimated value for each investment as of the report date, as well as its change if compared to acquisition value;
• total estimated value of our wallet.

Report 2: the list of activities related to our wallet / investments during last month, including:

• purchased / sold assets (with indication of quantities / transaction prices);
• any NFT movements (e.g., staking);
• any awards received (airdrops, coins earned in the games, WL spots earned, etc) with some details;
• any other major events (e.g. number of tokesn burnt, value distributed to holders that burnt their tokens, any new partnerships, etc);

Both reports are very simple to prepare and understand, and they will really provide some useful information on the project for the holders.

I would propose that the first report covers period 1 Jan 2022 - 31 March 2022, and then the reports to be issues on a regular (monthly basis).
