This is the first governance proposal in the history of Unlockd. The Lockeys holders can vote to decide the next collection that will be allowed as collateral to take out an NFT-backed loan on Unlockd. Holders have 15 days to vote on their preferred choice out of 5 collections.

Motivation

At Unlockd, we're all about supporting the decentralized economy that empowers individuals and unlocks the true value of NFTs. And we know that our community plays a crucial role in making that vision a reality.

That's why we're excited to announce our first-ever governance proposal, where The Lockeys holders can vote for the next collection to be allowed as collateral on our platform.

Behind the scenes, we've been working hard to create a risk appraisal system that is both innovative and financially safe. We're confident that it's the most advanced and effective framework in the industry, and by partnering with leading tech companies, we have access to advanced data from thousands of collections. Our vision is to continue expanding our platform and supporting a wider range of assets.

By giving our community a voice in this proposal, we hope to create a more inclusive and collaborative ecosystem that reflects the diverse interests and needs of our users. We believe that supporting a wider range of collections will allow us to serve a broader range of investors, traders, and collectors, creating a more dynamic and sustainable market for NFT-backed loans.
