UIP-3: Third NFT collection supported as collateral - Unlockd V1 Ethereum - 2023.10.18

Proposal As we continue to evolve and expand our NFT collections, we're thrilled to introduce our third governance proposal. Building on the momentum of our recent addition of Quirkies, it's once again the turn of our valued Lockeys holders to guide our next steps. Their votes will determine which collections become eligible as collateral for NFT-backed loans on Unlockd.

The voting period lasts for 14 days, during which holders can choose their preferred collection.

Motivation We're very pleased to submit our third governance proposal, once again putting the power in the hands of The Lockeys holders to choose the next NFT collection that will be eligible for collateral on Unlockd. Our journey is about far more than just NFTs; it's about creating a decentralized future in which everyone has a voice.

With the success of our previous proposals and our innovative risk appraisal system, we're setting new benchmarks in the industry. Our goal is to diversify our portfolio, catering to the ever-growing and changing world of NFTs. These proposals aren't just about adding new collections; they're also about strengthening our community as we grow and welcome the whole NFT ecosystem.

By fostering transparency, we ensure that Unlockd remains at the forefront of the NFT-backed loan market. We believe that by broadening our horizons, we will be able to better serve the needs of our diversified user base, which ranges from investors and traders, to seasoned collectors.
