Proposal #7 “Dilution Fix Implementation Plan”

We propose the following plan:

At a high level we are doing the following:

1. Create a new dao
2. Take snapshots of old dao holders
3. Calculate diluted ownership
4. Airdrop new dao tokens according to diluted ownership
5. Test, Audit, Production Implementation
6. Paying the dev

Detailed Plan:

1. Aragon Dao will be used to create a new version of merge dao tokens.
2. Dao will be created with company template (transferable tokens with one token equals one vote system which is currently followed on snapshot) .https://documentation.aragon.org/products/aragon-client/how-to-create-a-dao-using-aragon-client/use-company-template
3. Parameters for voting system: Support: 50%, Minimal approval percentage: 10%, vote duration: 48 hours. All of these can be changed after creating Dao, will need to set permissions for that.(check the document)
4. For doing batch transaction airdrop, this application is the easiest way. https://multisender.app/
5. Considering current gas and ethereum prices, transaction cost will be around 1500 usd to 2000 usd for airdropping to around 400 people. Point to note is that all votes are on chain and will incur transaction cost.
6. All of the above steps needs to be thoroughly tested on rinkebey testnet both aragon and token multisender support it.
7. Independent developer audit.
8. Production implementation
9. Sujay will be paid $1000USDC (or equivalent in ETH) for his work developing and implementing this plan.
