Community Bounty Proposal

The purpose of this proposal is to align the use of the Theopetra Dev Wallet, which holds 3,053,658.37 $THEO. The purpose of this wallet is to enable open-sourced bounties to push Theopetra into a complete & decentralized state.

Anyone may participate in the bounties, including the core team.

The structure of every bounty will follow this format:

Development bounties will follow the same review and approval process:

Development bounties will be reviewed manually by the core team for completeness and security. Original code must be open source under AGPL-3.0. All contributors must either have contributions visible on GitHub or be otherwise recognized by other GitHub contributors. If there are multiple contributors, they must agree on the split of the bounty and submit their proposed distribution to the core team. Disputes, if irreconcilable, will be resolved by tokenholder vote on Snapshot.

All bounties will follow the same claiming process. Upon approval, an airdrop will be bundled into the following citizen airdrop.

Bounty #1: YIMBY Deployment

Purpose: $YIMBY is a critical part of Theopetra’s infrastructure.

Bounty #2: iBuyer Deployment

Purpose:

The iBuyer is the safety guard rail of the Theopetra Network.

Bounty #3: Payment Splitter

Purpose:

This splits every rental payment into its relevant components. The splitter ensures that there is no co-mingling between net-rents and maintenance/tax/management expenses.

Purpose:

YIMBY Auctions are how residents are determined via a fair & transparent bidding system. This auction system is a piece of critical infrastructure for the Theopetra Network.

Bounty #5: Rent Payment Portal

Purpose:

This portal will be utilized to streamline the way residents pay rent. This ensures a simple rent paying process that will simplify and enhance the experience of residents. Reducing complexity for residents will ensure minimal turnover.

YIMBY Front End

Purpose:

This front end makes burning $THEO simpler, while presenting all key information about $THEO’s deflation.

Purpose:

Purpose:

The BORG is a governance system built by MetaLeX. MetaLeX is the leading Web3 legal team in the United States. This ensures Theopetra is as compliant as possible while operating within the United States.

Completion Marker:

The Theopetra Protocol transitions to a decentralized system, open sourced front end, code, and a BORG in charge of Real Estate, Validator basket, and the treasury. No funds touched by the core team in a centralized account or multi-sig. BORG entity or entities in place and in use.

Purpose:

Broadcasting Theopetra updates, community events, shitposts and fun content across Twitter, Farcaster & Discord.

Reward:

10,000 $THEO Per Month up to 24 months.

20% bonus for hitting 2 posts with 150K+ Views in any given month.

This bonus resets every month.

Minimum Viable Completion Marker:

Bounty #13: Discord Management

Purpose:

Discord is the primary communication method for majority of communties in Web3. This is also the first or second impression most users see. Hiring a community manager to answer any common questions, reduce scams and maintaining order in the discord channel is critical.

Reward:

4000 $THEO per month, split between two Theons for up to 12 months.

What qualifies as completed bounty:

Answering all questions between 8AM – 9PM PT within 60 minutes

Banning all scam attempts

GM every morning

Engaging in the discord 20x+ per day

Review & Approval Process:

Every quarter, the Theopetra Admin team will review activity and determine if criteria were met.

Bounty #14:

Catching document or listing typos/errors

Purpose:

First impressions matter. This bounty is to catch any small errors that may have slipped through the cracks.

Typos, errors or misbranded content caught and directed to an admin team member is key.

Reward:

100 $THEO per error, bounty is valid up to 50 errors.

What qualifies as completed bounty:

Submitting an up to date screen shot into discord

Typos on Twitter are not valid, this must be proper documentation.

White papers, token listings, articles are valid.

Twitter, Discord or Farcaster are not.

Review & Approval Process:

Once the error is corrected, an admin team member will approve.

Bounty #15:

THEO Burn bot

Purpose:

Broadcasting $THEO burns on Twitter and the Theopetra Dashboard.

Reward: 25,000 $THEO

What qualifies as completed bounty:

An active bot created and deployed.

Linked to a branded Twitter account provided by the Theopetra admin team that tweets anytime $THEO has been burned.

Review & Approval Process:

A Theopetra developer will review the work and that the bot correctly reports all deflation on the Twitter account and dashboard.

Bounty #16

Theopetra Education & SEO

Purpose:

Turning all educational videos into a written article/blog and including that into the site to maximize SEO.

Reward: 2000 $THEO/Month for up to 18 Months

What qualifies as completed bounty:

A blog post summarizing every educational video created that month

Posting the content on the website

This role will be dynamic and may fluctuate.

This role will work closely with Mel.
