$Sprout-Liquidity Migration Proposal

The Plant DAO is a very bullish project that has accomplished much including planting 100,000 trees in Sub-Saharan Africa. The project has much lower buying volume since launch but has 64 ETH worth of liquidity locked that can be used to revitalize $SPROUT through strategic spending and partnerships. I propose that we pull 50 ETH of the liquidity from $SPROUT and use that money towards the Plant DAO and towards strategic partners for the Plant DAO including FYP INU and The Science DAO/Mushroom Project.

I propose for The Plant DAO to keep 14 ETH from the original liquidity. This lower liquidity will make it much easier to pump the chart of the project which encourages buys. I propose 20 ETH of the pulled liquidity can be used to make another donation to a charity on behalf of the Plant DAO towards reforestation efforts to help market the project to new investors and reaffirm the mission of the Plant DAO to current investors. A portion of the pulled liquidity can also be used for business development.

I propose 10 ETH of the pulled liquidity to be given to support FYP INU. FYP INU is an ideal partner that will help to market the Plant DAO and drive new investors to the project and support a month-long tree planting campaign. I propose 20 ETH of the pulled liquidity to be given to The Science DAO and my mushroom project called “Chicago Mushrooms”. The Science DAO can propose and promote projects that support the mission of The Plant DAO and help the project gain new investors. The Plant DAO will receive money raised on its behalf for any projects chosen by the community. Chicago Mushrooms is working on R&D to support plant life and will promote the Plant DAO in real life and on the website to new investors. These projects will all help to drive awareness of the Plant DAO to new investors.

The current framework of the Plant DAO utilizes taxes from buys/sells to fund reforestation efforts around the globe, but this current system relies heavily on token volume which is much lower than it was around token launch. Stagnant volume makes it harder for the Plant DAO to realize its vision of supporting global reforestation and these suggestions are made with the hope of revitalizing the project. The market is starting to rebound and now is a great time to get new eyes onto The Plant DAO.

Below is a summary of the above proposal.

• Pull 50 ETH of the 64 ETH of liquidity from $SPROUT • Leave the remaining 14 ETH of liquidity in the current $SPROUT contract • Use 20 ETH of the pulled liquidity to make a new donation to a plant-based charity on behalf of The Plant DAO and for business development • Give 20 ETH of the pulled liquidity to The Science DAO/Chicago Mushrooms which will propose and promote projects on the new Science DAO marketplace on behalf of the Plant DAO, support efforts towards improving plant life, and drive more attention back to the Plant DAO • Give 10 ETH of the pulled liquidity to FYP INU which will support the Plant DAO through promotions, marketing, and a month-long tree planting campaign
