Introduction

PDCIP - 011 is the first proposal created after the membership NFT and snapshot have been created. Accordingly it seeks to ratify all previous official PDCIP proposals which were voted on in discord. It does not seek to ratify minor votes.

Please note that all of these proposals have already been voted on historically. This proposal is simply to ratify that it happened and is not intended as a vote on whether voters supported the content of the proposals. These proposals can ultimately be replaced with future proposals.
