PDCIP - 015 - Punk DAO Hats for London Meetup

Introduction

Punk DAO are co-hosting a meetup in London on Feb 16th. The event hosting and refreshments will not be subsidised by the DAO. But to help promote the brand this proposal is to order 15x branded baseball caps.

Justification

Informal meetups without event funding are a cost effective means of strengthening the community. Branded hats help foster that sense of community and also project the brand outwards. This event is especially beneficial in this regard due to the presence of other Web3 guests, some of whom are punkholders but have yet to join the DAO. The hats will be reserved for punkholders.

Cost

The all in cost is expected to be around $300 (though charged in GBP and not to exceed 10% more). This works out as approx $20 per cap inclusive of tax and shipping.

Further thoughts

If the pilot works well, we can look to potentially repeat for NYC in April.
