Larva Dad Sweep Method

Since there are over 200 Larva Dads submitted, at 0.02 each (with gas) we would exceed the 25% DAO wallet limit. Vote below on whether the DAO should limit the amount a person can redeem to 2 pieces, or if we should pick randomly through a raffle up to the 25% limit.
