We currently own a m(1) #28300. This guarantees us 1 matter, but would be challenging for a second matter.

Proposal is to purchase another m(1) with ID > 28300 so we can guarantee another matter, with a stronger play at the second Matter for this token. After buying this m(1), we would need to buy: M(1)+ m(2) + m(2) + m(4) (or whatever is most economical to build a m(10) with the original m(1) ID
