Crystal Mint Extension Vote (May 18-20)

Context

The community decided to keep the crystal minting period open past the initial deadline (May 19th). Now, we must decide for how long to extend the minting phase and WHAT to do with access crystals during and after the extension. Below are 3 options that we have developed with the community, keeping in mind the overall goal of transforming Access Crystals into Legendary Smurf NFTs. In all scenarios, the unused Access Crystals will expire at the end of the extended minting period and be returned to the total supply to be sold at later dates.

Summary

How should we extend the crystal minting phase beyond May 19th?

1. EXTENSION MINUS DISCOUNT

• Extension of the mint until the relaunch of the game. ETA July
• Discount disappears for everyone 2 weeks after the reveal (June 7th)

2. EXTENSION WITH DECREASING DISCOUNT

• Discount slowly decreases starting June 7th (5% down per week)
• Extension of the mint until all discounts run out (16 weeks)
• Legendary Holders would still get full discount of access crystals until the end of the mint phase (16 weeks)

3. EXTENSION WITH RUSSIAN ROULETTE

• Extension of the mint until the relaunch of the game. ETA July
• Discount disappears at the end of the extension
• Then access crystals will be selected at random and destroyed every day until all of the supply is burned (~ 50 TBD based on remaining crystal supply => targeted duration: 2 months)

Description

This vote is open to both Crystal Holders and Legendary Holders, with voting power as defined below:

• Legendary NFT owners = 2 votes/token
• Crystal Owners = 1 vote/token Signatures are off-chain - no gas fees. We thank you all for participating in this decision as we move forward as a community!
