Withdraw $SLIME LP

The following proposal is to vote whether we should withdraw the $SLIME LP, and then re-deploy it in better conditions.

In this market, we are seeing extreme sell pressure on NFTs, tokens and ETH. Given this, we think it is better for the community that we withdraw the $SLIME LP, convert it to USDC to avoid further impermanent loss, and then re-deploy the LP once the conditions are more optimal.

1 Squishie = 1 vote. Voting works with staked Squishies, so you will not need to unstake.
